For Homes Tour Tickets:

On December 7, please bring your

ticket confirmation*

to our ticket location at

St. Anne's School

(next to/behind Phelps House)

to exchange for the Tour Booklet.

*we will have a list of names in case you misplace your confirmation

For Tea Tickets:

 Simply go to the Phelps House

at your seating time!

If you purchased your ticket individually

but are part of a group, please email us

with the names of your group so that

you are seated together.
