Through restoration projects, educational programs, advocacy, and community outreach, Carthage Historic Preservation works to ensure that Carthage's rich history remains an important part of the community's future. The organization owns and operates the historic Phelps House, a venue for weddings and events.
UPDATE: The program is closed for 2025. Currently, 50 light poles in Carthage are available for these banners, but we do have plans to expand the program in the future.
