HOMES TOUR
​
This festive Homes Tour features six homes in a variety of styles: an 1885 Eastlake/Classical Revival, a 1914 Craftsman Bungalow, and a 1905 Foursquare home…plus three new homes, delightfully decorated with holiday decorations meaningful to the homeowners.
These homes will be open between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
You may visit the homes in any order.

An elegant tea will be served at the historic 1895 Phelps House during
the 2022 Homes Tour. Wonderful teas and delectable treats will be served throughout the house, including the beautiful ballroom with the ceiling painted like the night sky. This year’s tea menu features an international theme and includes French Pavlova with Bar-le-due sauce and fresh fruit, English Scones with spreads, Italian Seafood Cup, Irish Beef Pastie, and All-American Sweets of Lace Cookies filled with Orange Butter Cream Frosting, Mini Cinnamon Rolls and Chocolate Marquise Cups. Guest will enjoy a variety of wonderful Harney & Sons teas in silks. We will also have our Tea Bits and Gifts gift shop offering tea and gift items.

IMPORTANT INFO
If you purchase TEA TICKETS, simply go to Phelps House
at the time of the seating you selected.
​
ADVANCE TOUR TICKETS must be exchanged for a Tour booklet the morning of the event.
You must present your Tour booklet to gain entrance to the homes.
​

(next to Phelps House)
Ticket location opens at 8:30am, December 3rd

Homes are open to tour 10am to 4pm
Due to capacity issues during the Tea, Phelps House will only be open for
self-guided tours between 8:30-10:30am and 4:00-5:00pm
​
If you pick up your tour booklet early, you may tour Phelps House between 8:30 and 10:30am, visit the Carthage Square, or enjoy one of the other charity events happening in Carthage (info is in the tour booklet).
